By accessing or using WonderShelf Kids Library (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. Parents or guardians must accept these terms on behalf of users under 18.

2. Use of the Service

The Service provides book borrowing, delivery, events, and related features for children and families. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Treat borrowed books with care and return them on time
• Not misuse, damage, or share account credentials

3. Accounts and Membership

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We offer paid subscriptions and pay-per-use options; specific fees, delivery charges, and benefits are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

4. Borrowing and Returns

Borrowed books must be returned by the due date. Late returns may result in fees or restrictions on future borrowing. You are responsible for books in your care until they are collected or returned. Lost or significantly damaged books may be charged at replacement value.

5. Intellectual Property and Privacy

All content on the Service (including text, logos, and design) is owned by WonderShelf or its licensors. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WonderShelf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
